250-5000m3 blast furnace dry gas cleaning bag filter dedusting system in iron making plant
In China, we have more than 1000 sets blast furance for iron making in the first step.All of them choose dry GCP system to filtering the high temperature gas and recyle to other units plants, like hot stoves, steel making plant and so on.
The advantage of blast furnace dry gas cleaning dust collector system
After production stabilization, the pressure of the dust silo is controlled in the range of 2Kpa-3Kpa
Dust content after cleaning is stabilized less than 5mg/Nm3 for long time.
Annual average TRT capacity per ton of hot metal can reach 53kWh, which is 45% more than wet GCP.
Zero water consumption
Total fresh water consumption of wet GCP is saved, it will save 0.7-0.8m3 fresh water per Ton
Low power consumption
98.5% of annual power consumption of wet GCP is saved, and at the same time, the tension of local load can e eased through TRT power generation.
TRT power generating capacity is increased
Loss of gas pressure is low, temperature is high and dust content is low after dry GCP and the capacity of TRT power generating is increased by 45% compared with wet GCP.
Increase the hot stove temperature
Clean gas after dry GCP has higher calorific valve and lower water content, this help to increase the temperature of hot stove, and realizes long term stabilization of temperature at 1300 degree, meanwhile, greatly reduce emission of CO2.
Low emission of dust
Operation of overall equipment of dry GCP is safe and stable, dust content after cleaning less than 5mg/Nm3, Collected ash is conveyed and dumped in fully enclosed manner without discharging.
